Tax Sales - Notice Prior to Action to Foreclose Right of Redemption

Synopsis:

Providing that an action to foreclose the right of redemption for property sold at a tax sale may not be brought until at least 3 months after a specified notice is provided to the owner or other specified persons in a specified manner; specifying exceptions; providing that expenses incurred in an action to foreclose the right of redemption may only be reimbursed under specified circumstances; altering specified fees; applying the Act to specified certificates of sale; etc.
