Services - Customer Notification and Report
Requiring electric companies and gas companies to notify affected
customers of energy efficiency and conservation charges and benefits
at least annually on the company's website or included with billing
information; requiring the Public Service Commission to report to the
General Assembly on the status of energy efficiency and conservation
programs by February 1, 2009, and every 2 years thereafter; making the
Act an emergency measure; etc.
