Public Service Commission - Energy Efficiency and Conservation Programs and Services - Customer Notification and Report

Synopsis:

Requiring electric companies and gas companies to notify affected customers of energy efficiency and conservation charges and benefits at least annually on the company's website or included with billing information; requiring the Public Service Commission to report to the General Assembly on the status of energy efficiency and conservation programs by February 1, 2009, and every 2 years thereafter; making the Act an emergency measure; etc.
