Requiring pharmacy permit holders to post signs that include specified
information regarding the process for resolving incorrectly filled
prescriptions in accordance with specified regulations; and requiring
that the signs be conspicuously positioned and readable by the
consumer at the point where prescription drugs are dispensed to
consumers.
