Entitled:
Criminal Law - Crimes Against the Elderly or Persons with a Disability - Penalties

Synopsis:

Prohibiting a person from committing specified offenses against a person who is at least a specified age or a person with a specified disability; establishing a penalty; providing that a conviction under the Act does not merge with a conviction for an underlying offense; and providing that a sentence imposed for a violation of the Act is to be consecutive to and not concurrent with any other sentence imposed for other crimes.
