Property Tax - Crimes and Offenses - False Information on Refund Claims
 
Providing that a person who negligently relies on specified false
information for the purpose of claiming a tax refund is guilty of a
misdemeanor and is subject to a specified fine under specified
circumstances; providing that a person who willfully relies on
specified false information for the purpose of claiming a tax refund
is guilty of a misdemeanor and is subject to a specified fine and
imprisonment under specified circumstances and is subject to
prosecution for perjury; etc.
