Synopsis:

Authorizing a nonprofit association to institute, defend, intervene, or participate in specified governmental proceedings under specified circumstances; authorizing a nonprofit association to assert a claim in its name on behalf of its members under specified circumstances; requiring an unincorporated nonprofit association to designate a resident agent and file the person's written consent with the State Department of Assessments and Taxation; etc.
