Synopsis:

Requiring a circuit court or the District Court to impose on a criminal defendant a fee of $40 for failing to appear or violating a condition of probation under specified circumstances; and requiring a clerk of a circuit court or the District Court to pay fees collected under the Act to specified law enforcement agencies.
