Synopsis:

Establishing the Family Planning and Reproductive Health Program in the Family Health Administration; requiring the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene, in collaboration with the Department of Human Resources and the State Department of Education, to establish a program to increase educational supports for specified adolescent parents; requiring the Family Health Administration, in collaboration with the Department of Human Resources, to implement a program to reduce teen pregnancy that focuses on engaging fathers; etc.
