Nursing Facilities - Accountability Measures - Pay-for-Performance

Synopsis:

Requiring the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene to develop a plan for accountability measures to use in a pay-for-performance program; delaying a requirement that revenues be distributed to nursing facilities; requiring that a plan for accountability measures to use in a pay-for-performance program include specified items; and requiring the Department to submit a plan to the General Assembly.
