Entitled:
Injured Workers' Insurance Fund - Regulation by the Maryland Insurance Commissioner

Synopsis:

Removing the Injured Workers' Insurance Fund from exceptions to specified provisions of law; providing that the Fund is subject to examination in accordance with specified provisions of law; authorizing the Maryland Insurance Commissioner to enforce specified provisions of law to which the Fund is subject; requiring the Maryland Insurance Administration to conduct a study and identify specified provisions of law; etc.
