Pharmacy Benefits Managers - Disclosures
Requiring a pharmacy benefits manager, before entering into a contract
with a purchaser, to provide a potential purchaser with information
regarding manufacturer payments and to offer to provide the purchaser
with a report of manufacturer payments earned by the pharmacy benefits
manager; providing that the Act does not diminish the authority of the
Office of the Attorney General or the Maryland Insurance Commissioner
to obtain information relating to a pharmacy benefits manager and use
the information in any proceeding; etc.
