Synopsis:

Authorizing specified funds of the Senior Prescription Drug Assistance Program of the Maryland Health Insurance Plan to be transferred and appropriated to the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene to provide funding, not to exceed $425,000, for the Maryland Medbank Program.
