Prince George's County - Alcoholic Beverages - Waterfront Entertainment Retail Complex and Wine Festival

Synopsis:

Establishing in Prince George's County specified alcoholic beverages licenses to be issued for use in a waterfront entertainment retail complex as defined by Prince George's County ordinance; prohibiting the Board of License Commissioners from issuing specified licenses within the complex unless at least 10% of the licenses are held by specified persons; establishing a wine festival license; authorizing the transfer of specified licenses to specified supermarkets or grocery stores; making the Act an emergency measure; etc.
