Identity Fraud - Seizure and Forfeiture

Synopsis:

Establishing that specified property that is used or intended for use in connection with a violation of the Identity Fraud law is subject to seizure and forfeiture; establishing conditions that would exclude specified property from forfeiture; establishing how specified property subject to forfeiture may be seized, with specified exceptions; establishing a deadline for filing a complaint seeking forfeiture; providing for the contents and distribution of a complaint; etc.
