Synopsis:

Prohibiting the construction or operation of a liquefied natural gas facility without the approval of the Public Service Commission; and prohibiting the Commission from granting regulatory approval for the construction or operation of a liquefied natural gas facility in Prince George's County that is located within a specified distance of a residence.
