Expanding rights and remedies for private enforcement suits under the State prevailing wage law; authorizing employees to bring suit against employers for compensation and additional remedies, as specified; requiring that actions be brought within a specified time period; authorizing a court to award employees wages, other compensation, and fees, as specified; subjecting specified persons to specified civil penalties; etc.
