Consumer Protection - Damages for Violations of the Maryland Consumer Protection Act

Synopsis:

Authorizing a court to award statutory damages in an amount not less than $500 or more than $5,000 and treble damages under specified circumstances to a person who is injured by a violation of the Maryland Consumer Protection Act.
