Synopsis:

Requiring a team of licensed associate brokers or salespersons to designate a team leader; establishing qualifications and duties for the team leader; establishing duties for a real estate broker or a branch office manager of a real estate broker; authorizing the designation of intracompany agents under specified circumstances; prohibiting the use of specified terms in team names; requiring advertising to have specified content; establishing the location from which real estate brokerage activities may be conducted; etc.
