Energy Companies - Net Energy Metering

Synopsis:

Repealing a limitation on the period of time that a specified customer-generator may accrue a generation credit from a specified electric company; repealing a limitation on the time that the electric company is required to carry forward a generation credit or a negative kilowatt-hour reading; requiring the electric company to carry forward the generation credit until specified events occur; etc.
