Maryland Transportation Authority - Closure of Transportation Facility

Synopsis:

Prohibiting the Secretary of Transportation from closing to the public all or part of a transportation facility of the Maryland Transportation Authority without prior approval from the Authority unless the Secretary provides a specified certification to the Governor and provides specified notice to the public; requiring the Secretary to notify and allow participation by members of the General Assembly in deliberations, as specified; providing an exception; etc.
