Following a Mastectomy
Requiring specified insurers, nonprofit health service plans, and
health maintenance organizations to provide inpatient hospitalization
coverage for a specified minimum length of time following a mastectomy
that is performed for the treatment of breast cancer; prohibiting
specified insurers, nonprofit health service plans, and health
maintenance organizations from refusing reimbursement for specified
services; etc.
