Repealing a provision of law that requires the Comptroller to cause a
specified notice relating to abandoned property to be published in
specified newspapers of general circulation; requiring the Comptroller

database; requiring the Comptroller to add the names and last known
addresses, if any, of persons listed in specified reports to the
abandoned property database within a specified time period; etc.
