Tax Amnesty Program
Establishing an amnesty period for specified delinquent taxpayers from
September 1, 2009, through October 30, 2009, for penalties and
interest attributable to nonpayment, nonreporting, or underreporting
of State or local income tax, withholding tax, sales and use tax, and
admissions and amusement tax that is paid during the amnesty period;
authorizing the Comptroller to enter into specified agreements with
respect to taxes that a taxpayer agrees to pay according to a
specified schedule; etc.
