may obtain a provisional driver's license and increasing to 18 years
the minimum age at which an individual may obtain an original driver's
license; altering the period after which the holder of a learner's
instructional permit may take specified examinations; requiring the
Motor Vehicle Administration to cancel the driver's license of a minor
if the cosigner on the minor's application for the license makes a
specified request; etc.
