Establishing the Potomac River Bridges Security Zone Pilot Program in
the Department of State Police; providing that the purpose of the
Program is to provide a 500-foot security zone in the water
surrounding the Woodrow Wilson Memorial Bridge and the Harry W. Nice
Memorial Bridge on the Potomac River; requiring the Department to
contract with a private security firm to patrol the 500-foot security
zone surrounding each bridge; etc.
