Criminal Procedure - Concurrent Court Jurisdiction - Second or Subsequent
Offense of Failure to Register with Sex Offender Registry
Providing that the jurisdiction of the District Court is concurrent
with that of the circuit court in a criminal case in which a person is
charged with a second or subsequent offense of knowingly failing to
register, knowingly failing to provide a specified notice, or
knowingly providing false information of a material fact as required
under provisions relating to registration of sexual offenders.
