Synopsis:

Increasing the amount of available bond debt for Baltimore City Community College; authorizing Baltimore City Community College to issue bonds for academic facilities; and requiring the Capital Debt Affordability Committee to estimate in a specified annual report the amount of new bonds for academic facilities that may be authorized in the aggregate for the next fiscal year by the Baltimore City Community College.
