Entitled:
Public Utility Tree Management Act of 2009

Synopsis:

Requiring a public utility to prepare a tree management plan under specified circumstances; requiring a public utility to enter into an agreement with the Department of Natural Resources under specified circumstances; requiring specified programs and plans to be published in accordance with specified requirements; authorizing the Department to issue a stop-work order under certain circumstances; providing for specified penalties; authorizing the Department to adopt specified regulations; etc.
