Olive Oil - Standards for Sale in State

Synopsis:

Requiring the Secretary of Health and Mental Hygiene to adopt regulations establishing standards for olive oil sold in the State in conformance with those set forth by the International Olive Council; prohibiting the sale of olive oil in the State that does not meet the standards; and authorizing the Secretary to seize or condemn olive oil sold in the State in violation of the Act.
