Election Law - Change of Party Affiliation and Nomination by Petition - Requirements

Synopsis:

Altering the deadline for requesting a change of party affiliation to coincide with the deadline for registering to vote for an election; and altering the date on which the number of petition signatures required for a candidate to be nominated by petition is determined.
