Calvert County - Sheriff - Compensation
Providing that the Board of County Commissioners for Calvert County
may pay on or after January 1, 2011, additional compensation to the
Sheriff equal to the amount of contributions the Commissioners would
have made to the Calvert County Employees' Savings Plan on behalf of
the Sheriff for the years of service the Sheriff accrued prior to
joining the Plan; and providing that the Act does not apply to the
salary or compensation of the incumbent Sheriff of Calvert County.
