Requiring licensed physicians and licensed pharmacists who provide
drug therapy management to patients in a group model health
maintenance organization to have a physician-pharmacist agreement
approved by the State Board of Pharmacy and the State Board of
Physicians in place; requiring physician-pharmacist agreements to
prohibit substitutions of chemically dissimilar drug products, subject
to specified exceptions; prohibiting the Boards from approving a
physician-pharmacist agreement under specified circumstances; etc.
