Establishing a Task Force to Study the Economic Impact of Environmental Legislation and Policy; providing for the membership, chair, and staffing of the Task Force; prohibiting a member from receiving specified compensation; requiring the Task Force to study specified topics and make findings; requiring the Task Force to make a specified report to the Governor and General Assembly; and providing for the termination of the Act.
