Repealing a requirement that a home be completed on or before June 30,
1988, in order to qualify for a property tax credit in Harford County
for residential real property in proximity to specified refuse
disposal systems; extending the property tax credit in Harford County
for specified residential property in proximity to refuse disposal
systems to other residential real property completed on or before
January 1, 1989, and located in a specified area; applying the Act to
taxable years beginning after June 30, 2009; etc.
