Health Insurers - RBC Reduction Plan
Requiring each health insurer to notify the Insurance Commissioner if
the RBC level of the health insurer exceeds a specified product;
requiring each health insurer filing a notification to also file an
RBC reduction plan for a specified purpose; requiring the RBC
reduction plan to consider specified items; requiring the Commissioner
to take specified actions with regard to the RBC reduction plan;
authorizing an insurer to challenge specified actions by the
Commissioner; etc.
