Requiring the Baltimore City Board of School Commissioners of the Baltimore City Public School System and each nonpublic noncollegiate educational institution located in Baltimore City to develop for its students a mandatory course regarding criminal law and criminal procedure to be implemented during middle school or during the equivalent age-appropriate grade level; etc.
