Employees' Pension System - Service Retirement Allowance - Creditable Service
Providing that individuals who were employed by the City of Annapolis
as contractual employees for a specified period of time may receive a
creditable service in the Employees' Pension System for the period of
time the individuals were employed as contractual employees; and
terminating the Act on December 31, 2009.
