Residential Solar Energy Act of 2009

Synopsis:

Requiring an electricity supplier, for specified calendar years, to meet a specified renewable energy portfolio standard for solar energy by accumulating a specified percentage of solar renewable energy credits each year from small solar generators; authorizing the Public Service Commission to waive a specified requirement if an electricity supplier is unable to meet the requirement under specified circumstances; etc.
