Synopsis:

Requiring persons who are engaged in the business of inspecting on-site sewage disposal systems under specified circumstances to make specified certifications to the Department of the Environment; requiring persons who are engaged in the business of inspecting on- site sewage disposal systems under specified circumstances to complete a specified registration; requiring a county, by January 1, 2011, to adopt a specified on-site sewage disposal management plan; etc.
