State Board of Physicians - Discipline - Failure to Comply with Governor's Order

Synopsis:

Authorizing the State Board of Physicians to reprimand a licensee, place a licensee on probation, or suspend or revoke a license if a physician licensee fails to comply with an order of the Governor to participate in disease surveillance, treatment, and suppression efforts related to a catastrophic health emergency; etc.
