Liquefied Natural Gas Facilities - Approval for Construction or Operation

Synopsis:

Prohibiting the construction or operation of a specified liquefied natural gas facility without the approval of the Public Service Commission; and prohibiting the Commission from granting regulatory approval for the construction or operation of a specified liquefied natural gas facility that is located within a specified distance from specified buildings or places or in a location that is inconsistent with specified zoning laws or ordinances.
