Allowing qualified investors a credit against the State income tax for
specified investments in nanobiotechnology companies; providing for
applications to the Department of Business and Economic Development

Nanobiotechnology Investment Tax Credit Reserve Fund; providing that
the Secretary may not issue initial tax credit certificates that total
more than a specified appropriation; etc.
