George's County to grant as much as an $80,000 exemption from a system
development charge imposed by the Washington Suburban Sanitary
Commission for properties owned by � 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations
whose primary use, mission, and purpose is to provide recreational and
educational programs and services to youth; and terminating the Act at
the end of December 31, 2010.
