Increasing State tax rates for alcoholic beverages from $1.50 to $4.00
for each gallon of distilled spirits, from 40 cents to $1.00 for each
gallon of wine, and from 9 to 25 cents for each gallon of beer;
requiring the Comptroller to distribute specified alcoholic beverage
tax revenue to specified special funds to be used only to provide
funding for specified services from the Developmental Disabilities
Administration and specified services for victims of domestic
violence, sexual assault, and sexual or physical child abuse; etc.
