Baltimore City - Law Enforcement Officers' Bill of Rights - Hearing Boards
Excepting a law enforcement officer who is a member of a Baltimore
City law enforcement agency from the applicability of requirements
relating to the membership of a hearing board that may conduct a
hearing regarding charges against an officer; providing that a hearing
board that may conduct a hearing regarding charges against a law
enforcement officer who is a member of a Baltimore City law
enforcement agency shall consist of one retired judge, rotated from a
pool selected by a committee composed of specified individuals; etc.
