Entitled:
Moist Snuff - Taxation and Regulation

Synopsis:

Altering the tobacco tax rate for moist snuff from 15% of the wholesale price of the product to 75 cents per ounce of the product; requiring that tobacco tax revenues from moist snuff be distributed to the Cigarette Restitution Fund for specified purposes; requiring that specified revenues be appropriated for activities aimed at cancer research; prohibiting a moist snuff manufacturer from engaging in specified advertising, distribution, promotion, and other activities related to the sale of moist snuff; etc.
