Maryland Energy Administration - Standards for Televisions
Requiring the Maryland Energy Administration, on or before October 1,
2010, to adopt regulations concerning energy efficiency standards and
labeling standards for televisions sold in the State; and requiring
the Administration, when adopting specified regulations, to consider
adopting similar standards to those that have been adopted in other
states or are being proposed in other states.
