Vehicle Dealers - Dealer Processing Charges - Posted Notice

Synopsis:

Requiring a vehicle dealer who charges a dealer processing charge to post a "Notice of Dealer Processing Charge" in the vehicle dealer's dealership in a prominent location that is clearly visible to customers; requiring the posted notice required under the Act to be printed in 72 point type or larger and to state specified information, including the amount of the dealer processing charge and the services included in the charge; etc.
