Synopsis:

Authorizing a registered voter who is a resident of the district or geographic area in which a candidate is seeking office to file a petition with the circuit court to challenge the candidate's qualifications; and requiring that a petition to challenge a candidate's qualifications in a special election be filed within a specified time period.
