Entitled:
Criminal Procedure - Sexual Offenders - Homeless Registrants and Supervision

Synopsis:

Repealing the requirement that the Maryland Parole Commission administer extended sexual offender parole supervision; requiring a specified homeless registrant to register in person with local law enforcement in the county where the registrant habitually lives within 7 days after the earlier of the date of release or of the date after registering with the supervising authority, or within 24 hours of entering and remaining in the county; requiring a homeless registrant to register once a month with local law enforcement; etc.
